Childcare

For the first time, we offer qualified childcare during the course of the meeting. Please contact our meeting office by email in advance in case you will bring your children to Jena. Limited availability.

Conference languages

Our conference languages are English and German. In this way we would like to contibute a little bit to scientific excellence (compare article in FAZ from July 7, 2007). Please register your abstract in the language you will present your talk or poster (this is a new option within our registration system).

Abstracts

The deadline for Abstract submission is: 19.05.2008. Abstracts can be up to 1500 characters long and participants from abroad may submit abstracts without being DZG-members.

Important:

Submitters of an abstract should be member of the DZG. Each member can submit only one abstract. Each abstract must be associated to one of the "Study Groups", since these are responsible for the selection of the oral presentations among all submitted abstracts. Please check the website of the DZG to find out more about the Study Groups (“Fachgruppen”). If you are uncertain which one to choose, then choose any that is nearest to the theme that you want to present.
