JE houses several thousand type specimens of bryophyte names. Our record approximately covers the full amount of specimens of most genera and will be provided here continually during the next few years. Information on type specimens of names published by T. Herzog is also available via the Systax database. Any comment on the status of listed specimens is welcome.
