New Project
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) approved funding for the data archiving of the interdisciplinary German-Israeli Research Consortium «Migration and Societal Integration» (PI: Prof. Dr. R. K. Silbereisen, Dr. P. F. Titzmann, Dr. E. Schröder; Funding Period: 12 months) in cooperation with the Leibniz-Institute for the Social Sciences (GESIS).

New Projects in the German-Israeli Research Consortium
The German-Israeli Research Consortium «Migration and Societal Integration» will be enriched by two new projects on Language Acquisition as a Window to Social Integration (PIs: Joel Walters, Sharon Armon-Lotem, Larissa Remennick from Bar-Ilan University, Natalia Gagarina at Zentrum für Allgemeine Sprachwissenschaft Berlin) and on Identity Development and Value Transmission among Migrant Adolescents and their Families (PIs: Klaus Boehnke at the Jacobs University Bremen, Ariel Knafo from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem). The new projects are funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research BMBF and will start in Spring/Summer 2007.
