Work focus

• Thesis title: Group-based self-control: The influence of social identification on individual control strategies

I am interested in expanding models of individual self-regulation to group contexts and to investigate the impact of adaptive control strategies on affect and well-being. Also, I am interested in the relation of identity management strategies and control related phenomena.
Other areas of interest: self-regulation, intergroup processes, social discrimination
